3. Payments & Refunds

Course prices are listed before checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. Unless otherwise stated, self-paced courses are eligible for refunds within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been viewed. Live cohort fees are refundable up to 7 days before the first session.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, templates, and design assets, is owned by Backway Bindery or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own use.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share or resell course content without permission.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or copy-protection.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

6. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales or profits. We aim to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee completeness.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backway Bindery will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
